A sixteen-week core program

Weeks 1–3 Align and diagnose Evidence, priorities, owners and pilot cases.
Weeks 4–7 Direct and design Frameworks, KPIs, stage gates and templates.
Weeks 8–12 Monitor and correct Execution reviews, exceptions and decisions.
Weeks 13–16 Validate and hand over Evidence, residual risks and a 90-day continuation plan.

Project-based

A fixed sixteen weeks, ten defined deliverables and a fixed fee paid at phase gates. Suited to one-time setup and first-cycle oversight.

Supervisory retainer

An initial sixteen weeks, then optional monthly renewal: a monthly dashboard, reviewed deliverables and escalation memos. Suited to ongoing management discipline.
